Robert M. Henderson

Bob Henderson is the senior partner and has practiced law in the Tahoe Basin for thirty-five years. His undergraduate degree is from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a major in economics. Bob received his law degree from the Hastings College of Law in San Francisco, graduating with honors including membership to the Thurston Society and the Order of the Coif.

Bob represents many Tahoe businesses and handled the successful sale of Sunset Ranch to the Tahoe Conservancy, at the time the largest sale of this nature in the history of the South Shore. He is admitted to both the California and Nevada State Bar Association and is an active litigator in the courts of both states. His firm specialty is real property litigation, business formation, and insurance defense.

J. Dennis Crabb

Dennis Crabb has been practicing law in South Lake Tahoe  and throughout the Sierra’s since 1979. Dennis received his law degree from McGeorge School of Law. Dennis has served on many community organization boards throughout the Lake Tahoe area, including as president of the South Lake Tahoe Chamber of Commerce, President of the Tallac Association and various non-profit corporations.

Dennis specializes in representing governmental agencies and non-profit corporations and serves as a facilitator to assist in resolution of community issues. His clients have included many governmental agencies, municipalities, resort communities, and joint powers authorities, including South Lake Tahoe, Mammonth Lakes, Truckee, Jackson, Sutter Creek, Alpine County and numerous special districts.

Michael K. Johnson

Michael Johnson is the managing partner of the firm. He received his B.A. from the University of Michigan and law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law. Mike was licensed in Nevada 1997, in California 1998 and in Colorado 2002 (inactive). He serves as a judge pro tem in Douglas County Tahoe Township Justice Court, Dispute Resolution Conference judge pro tem, in El Dorado County Superior Court, and is a qualified arbitrator for the Nevada Court Annexed Arbitration program. He is also on the State Bar of Nevada discipline screening panel (Northern).  Mike is a member of the Washoe and Douglas County Bar Associations.

Mike’s law practice includes business and corporation law, civil litigation, real estate, construction, collection, appeals, personal injury (plaintiff and defense), contract law, environmental law, Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA), insurance law and Federal Court practice.

Clients represented by Mike include Allied/Nationwide Insurance, Aramark Sports & Entertainment, SOC-SMG, Chase International Equities, Inc., Specialty Risk Services, South Shore Companies, Tahoe Keys Village, Inc., Zephyr Cove Resort.

Michael P. Hambsch

Michael P. Hambsch was admitted to practice law in 1974 and has been practicing in the Lake Tahoe Basin since 1980.  He received his B.A. from University of California and law degree from California Western School of Law. Michael is licensed in 1974 to practice in all state courts in California and in Nevada in 1981.  He served as judge pro tem in Orange County and currently here in El Dorado County, mediator and alternative dispute resolution arbitrator

Formerly a partner with the Orange County law firm of Lawton, Christenson, Fazio, McDonell, Briggs, Ward & DeSales. Formerly the principal and managing attorney for the Law Offices of Michael P. Hambsch in South Lake Tahoe.

Michael’s law practice includes family law, real estate transactions, business formation, will and estate planning, and probate.

Kenneth C. Rollston 

Ken Rollston, retired partner of Rollston, Henderson & Crabb, has practiced law in the Tahoe Basin since 1974. Ken's undergraduate and law degrees are from Columbia University. He was on the Lake Tahoe Community College District Board for many years and has served as its President. He has also been active in Court Appointed Special Advocates and a variety of youth sports.

Ken was the original staff attorney for the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency and served as counsel on various matters for the City of South Lake Tahoe and South Tahoe Public Utility District. He represents many Tahoe businesses including Tahoe Seasons Resort, Tahoe Keys Homeowners Association, Alpine Rentals, Tamarack Rentals, and Alpine Carpets. He is admitted to practice in the States of California and Nevada, as well as the federal courts. Although he occasionally consults with the firm, he is currently inactive.
